Returns & Refunds
No goods are to be returned to Browns Angling without prior notice.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, or if clothing does not fit, you will only be credited for the goods and will be responsible for the return cost.
If you reorder a different size or colour we may charge for the carriage at our discretion.
If you wish to return goods because they are faulty or damaged, please contact us on email@example.com to arrange a suitable return method.
All goods must be returned in original undamaged packaging. If goods are returned damaged or in an unsalable condition, this may affect your right to a refund or replacement.
All damaged or faulty items must be reported directly to Browns Angling within 24 hours of delivery.
All refunds will be credited to the card that the goods were paid for.
Please ensure that a note is inside the package upon return to us explaining the solution you wish. Failure to do so may result in unnecessary delay in your refund or replacement.
