Returns & Refunds
No goods are to be returned to Browns Angling without prior notice.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, or if clothing does not fit, you will only be credited for the goods and will be responsible for the return cost.
If you reorder a different size or colour we may charge for the carriage at our discretion.
If you wish to return goods because they are faulty or damaged we will organise a collection at your convenience or alternatively reimburse your postal cost (subject to inspection of goods).
All goods must be returned in original undamaged packaging.
All damaged or faulty items must be reported directly to Browns Angling within 24 hours of delivery.
All refunds will be credited to the card that the goods were paid for.
